1. The Buyer shall be entitled to make payment for the items using the various payment methods made available on the Platform.

2. Online Banking - By choosing this payment method, the Buyer shall transfer the amount of the total purchase price for the items purchased by Buyer to BH THREE ENTERPRISE. The transaction must be payable in Ringgit Malaysia.

 

3. Cash on Delivery – We are not accept cash on delivery

 

4. Buyer may not claim against BH THREE ENTERPRISE for any failure, disruption or error in connection with the Buyer’s chosen payment method. BH THREE ENTERPRISE reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any payment method without notice to the Buyer or giving any reason.

 

5. If the Buyer fails to make any payment pursuant to the terms and conditions of the payment method elected or payment is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to BH THREE ENTERPRISE, BH THREE ENTERPRISE shall be entitled to:

5.1 cancel the suspend deliveries of the items until payment is made in full.

6. Payment for any purchase of items on the Website must be made within one (1) Business Day from the date the Order is submitted. If payment is not completed within such time period, the said Order shall be automatically cancelled by BH THREE ENTERPRISE.
